Hello, We’re Maygreen.

We love transforming tired properties into wonderful homes for our tenants.

We invest in UK property, delivering quality homes for our tenants and high returns for our investors.

We set up Maygreen Investments in 2016 with the aim of capitalising our passion and experience for design and renovating investment property.

After increasing the value of our first property by £150,000 and successfully renting this same property for the highest rent in the area, we knew we could leverage our eye for detail and design to create a profitable property investment business.  

We educated ourselves and found the most successful property developers to mentor us. We worked heavily on outsourcing and systemising our business strategy before we started investing in uk property. We implemented a system that allows us to find strong deals that deliver high return on investment very quickly and eliminate wasted time looking at unqualified properties.

In our first year of investing, we secured 7 properties that we are developing into high end professional HMO’s. Once finished and tenanted, these properties will provide a strong foundation of monthly cash flow that gives us the flexibility and freedom to focus on larger commercial conversions.

We are actively building our brand, especially on social media around our core values of good design, successful property investments and high quality, affordable accommodation to the market.

Rob

Rob has a background in property design, specifically interiors for luxury residential property in London which spans back around 15 years. He’s been around large scale property developments throughout that time so got to see first hand what's involved in large new build and residential refurbishment projects. Rob deals with our build team and project manager to oversee the smooth running of Maygreen’s property developments.

“Although our HMO’s are on a smaller scale to these projects, my previous roles gave me an eye for detail and I have always had a passion for design which has helped us deliver projects that stand out”.

Rob is a wizard when it comes to re configuring a property floor plan and knowing exactly how to make the best use of every inch of space.

Rob loves getting to know and understanding the needs of our investors and joint venture partners. He loves a coffee and a one-to-one meeting so don’t be shy, send him a message and say HI!

Sarah

Sarah is an Aussie who moved to the UK in 2009 and has created a career for herself in Investment Banking. Sarah project manages the onboarding of new investment vehicles for hedge funds and leading investment banks, not exactly a role for the faint hearted.

Her wealth of experience in both law and finance has been invaluable for the growth of Maygreen particularly securing mortgage finance, negotiating property deals and ensuring they complete on time.  

Sarah has a keen eye for interior design and loves bringing together affordable interiors from IKEA H&M Home Homesense UK to create stylish homes with a luxury feel. Everything you can see on the Maygreen Instagram page is Sarah’s creativity and style.
