Open, honest, ethical. The day was filled with great content and knowledge from both, including walkthroughs of before and afters of their HMOS, and full Q&A session. All aspects of their journey were covered and no details spared.

I would definitely recommend Maygreen virtual HMO day for all property investors, regardless of experience in property. I took away so much value, drawing on years of experience and real-life examples. No fluff involved, fully informative and very motivational.

Over the course of the day, Rob and Sarah shared a phenomenal amount of advice and detail. We really did see behind the scenes of HMO investing, with Rob and Sarah expertly covering a whole range of topics from financing through to refurbishments and looking after tenants. On top of that, they allowed every attendee their own 10-minute Q&A slot and were completely unfazed by all the questions fired at them.

One final note - for me, running the day virtually was actually a real bonus. There’s no way I’d have been able to take the copious amount of notes or catch every one of the group’s questions along the way if we were walking through the properties in person. After following them for a while on Instagram and being constantly wowed by their design and on going projects we were excited to get a behind the scenes tour of their latest two HMO's.
